FOIA Requests SUBMITTING A FOIA REQUEST To submit a FOIA request, you have the choice of submitting your request by mail, fax, or email. FOIA requests for information specific to any one of the eight VA Medical Centers within VISN 7 Southeast Network should be sent directly to that medical center, to the attention of the FOIA Officer. You may obtain the medical center address by following this link, http://www.southeast.va.gov/VISN7/facilities.asp, and selecting the medical center from the list. If you prefer to fax or email your request, the fax and email addresses for the individual medical centers are noted below.
